All-Star Youth Sports Association welcomes eligible working media covering ASYSA events. Please review the credential requirements, deadlines, access rules, and media-use policies before submitting a request.
Requests must be submitted at least 10 days before the event.
Credentials are reserved for qualifying working news media.
Submitting a request does not guarantee approval.
Each reporter or staff member requires separate information.
It is the policy of All-Star Youth Sports Association, in its sole judgment, to reserve media credentials for working print and online journalists, broadcast journalists, and sports analysts with commercial news organizations and recognized publications.
Media credentials are issued for the purpose of legitimate news coverage of eligible ASYSA events. A credential request is subject to review and approval by ASYSA.
All requests for media credentials must be received by ASYSA not less than ten (10) days before the event for which credentials are being requested.
Requests received less than 10 days in advance will not be considered.
Media credentials are reserved for working print and online journalists, broadcast journalists, and sports analysts representing commercial news organizations and recognized publications.
Credentials are intended for individuals whose principal purpose is covering the event as working news media.
Marketing, public relations, advertising, sales, art directors, managers, publishers, and other non-editorial professionals of media organizations are not eligible for media credentials.
Individuals attending primarily for purposes other than working news coverage will not be granted media credentials.
A history of receiving credentials or being registered for previous ASYSA events does not guarantee approval for a future event and does not waive any current credential requirements.
Only credentials issued or approved by ASYSA for the applicable event are valid for entry. Other media credentials do not automatically provide access to ASYSA-controlled areas.
Submitting a credential request does not guarantee that media credentials will be issued.
ASYSA reserves the right, in its sole judgment, to approve or deny credential requests based on the purpose of the request, event requirements, available space, safety considerations, and whether the applicant is acting as working news media.
Media organizations requesting credentials for multiple reporters, photographers, videographers, or other staff members must provide separate information for each individual.
ASYSA reserves the right, in its sole judgment, to limit the number of approved requests from any media organization.

A credential request is a request for consideration—not a guarantee of admission or access.
Press box, field, and sideline areas are reserved for authorized working media whose assignment requires access to those areas.
If you are not working as a sideline reporter, photographer, or film crew member, you will not be granted sideline or field access.
Credential approval does not automatically guarantee access to every restricted area. Event-specific access instructions must be followed at all times.
ASYSA will review credential requests and determine whether each request is approved or denied.
ASYSA may limit the number of credentialed individuals from a media organization based on event needs.
ASYSA reserves the right to revoke issued credentials when necessary and at its sole judgment.
Photos and video from ASYSA events are not for resale without the express written consent of All-Star Youth Sports Association.
Media representatives must comply with event-specific photography, filming, field-access, sideline, and safety requirements.
Photos and video may be captured at ASYSA events. Contact ASYSA with questions regarding media use, permissions, credentialing, or event coverage.
Confirm that you and your media organization meet the credential requirements.
Submit your request at least 10 days before the event you plan to cover.
Provide separate information for every reporter or staff member requesting access.
ASYSA will review the request and notify applicants whether the request has been approved or denied.
